Birthday Parties
Why not try something new for your child's next party? Kids love pottery painting parties and so will you! It's great fun and they will be delighted at what they can create.
Being a mobile studio, we bring the party to you or can provide a take-away kit if you prefer. With an attended party we explain how it all works, offer advice and encouragement as they go along and we even clear up afterwards! Finished items will individually packed up and delivered to you, usually a week later.

What Age Range is Suitable?
Children under five will generally need some one-to-one assistance from an adult.
If you have party theme in mind, we can select pottery to fit in with it. We can also bring patterns and idea books along or even run a full workshop for older children and teenagers.
How does it work?
We will come to your party venue with the bisque you have chosen* (unpainted ceramics), approximately 13 paint colours, brushes, patterns and decorating accessories. The time taken by the pottery painting depends on the children's ages and items selected. We will be there to offer tips and encouragement.
When the children have finished their artwork we will take it away for glazing and firing. The finished items will be delivered to one address within the local Harpenden area without charge.
Our fingerprint mugs have proved a great hit! We collect a fingerprint from each of the party guests (and birthday child of course!) and then turn them into cute characters back at the studio. They make a fantastic memento of your child's party. They are just £10 with free personalisation.

*Most people specify exactly what pottery they require for their party, this is usually one or two different things. We can offer some items to choose from on the day (up to three items depending on the selection) but cannot provide individual items or a large selection.
